Entrenament de rem indoor per fer al gimnàs amb una màquina Concept Row o similar que indiqui ritmes de desplaçament virtual per poder controlar la intensitat i executar correctament el pla.
La màquina de rem indoor és una de les màquines cardiovasculars i de força més eficients del gimnàs. Amb molt poc temps d'activitat genera un efecte d'entrenament molt gran. Gràcies a aquest equipament, pots treballar tant el cardio com la musculatura de les cames, el tronc i els braços.
Malauradament, és bastant pesat i monóton. Et recomano doncs que utilitzis música per a poder suportar millor l'esforç. Malgrat això, l'esforç val la pena i notaràs des dels primers entrenaments, el seu efecte.
El pla es complementa amb dues sessions de força per realitzar al gimnàs i/o a casa amb màquines o un trx.
