Plan Description

Entrenamiento de Base 1 para remeros de categoria Master. Se trata de una preparación progresiva que consta de 5 bloques de cuatro semanas. Este es el bloque 1. El programa de entrenamiento esta destinado a mejorar la potencia en este deporte. Disponen de entrenamientos en ergometro, fuerza y bicicleta entre semana y remo outdoor para el fin de semana. Para ajustar bien los parciales del ergómetro, es necesario saber el ritmo del umbral. Se puede averiguar usando el test que esta en la última semana del plan siguiendo las indicaciones.
