Components of the Program

MYFiTRx Meal Plan
Customizable meal plans allow you to choose from a variety of Lean Proteins, Fruits, Vegetables, and Unlimited (Green/Leafy) Foods in the first 5 weeks which will detoxify the body and restore function to the gut.

The MYFiTRx Recipe Book is included in 8 week program and contains Sauces, Marinades, Dressings and Easy Dishes which will add variety and diversity to your meals. The book will prove that healthy can be tasty and not boring. You will learn healthy substitutions and alternatives to replace old, bad habits with new, healthy ones. Created by Chef Gilberto Rios Formerly with Wente Vineyards. This book will keep you on track, help you avoid taste bud "burn out".

During our unique "Taper Phase" (days 40-60 of the program), we will gradually increase healthy fats and carbs and teach you to eat BALANCED meals with all the necessary components in the correct portions. This is the key to SUSTAINABLE results but we won't wait until the last day to give it to you or charge you extra for it.

Homeopathic Supplements included in your program are non-habit forming, non-thermogenic, and will jumpstart rapid weight loss and fat metabolism to get you FAST, healthy results!

MYFiTRx coaches will remotely monitor your body composition, food logs, and exercise on a daily basis and all you have to do is step on your scale, keep a photo food log, and wear your heart rate monitor for workouts.

With daily monitoring, we can address plateaus in your progress and execute plans to keep you moving in the right direction every day not every 7,14, or 30 days like our competitors.
