Weekly Training Structure
Each week follows a balanced schedule designed to build muscle, improve conditioning, increase endurance, and create consistency.
▸ 3 Full Body Strength Sessions
Build muscle, increase strength, improve posture, and train the entire body efficiently. Includes gym, garage gym, and home workout options.
▸ 1 Superset Arm Day
A high-energy upper body session focused on shoulders, biceps, and triceps using supersets for intensity and efficiency.
▸ 2 Zone 2 Conditioning Days
Low to moderate intensity cardio to improve aerobic fitness, recovery, and work capacity. Choose from run, walk, ruck, or cycle.
▸ 1 Speed / Interval Session
Higher-intensity conditioning to improve grit, endurance, and overall performance. Choose from run, walk, ruck, cycle, or swim.
▸ 1 Progressive Endurance Session
A longer weekly session that builds over time through increased duration and distance.
▸ Built-In 2-A-Days on Select Days
Some days include a second session for added discipline, extra conditioning, and mental toughness.
▸ 1 Sabbath Reset Day (Sunday)
A day focused on recovery, gratitude, family, prayer, worship, and light movement.

1. 10-Minute Morning Prayer
Start the day with gratitude, surrender, strength, and silence before distractions begin.
2. Bible Verse of the Day
Read it, reflect on it, speak it aloud, and apply it.
3. 7,000 Steps Minimum
Daily movement standard.
4. 45-Minute Scheduled Workout
Train with purpose and intensity.
5. Read 10 Pages
Daily growth through non-fiction or faith-based reading.
6. 1 Gallon of Water
Support recovery, energy, and performance through hydration.
7. Eat Clean
Whole foods, quality fuel, and disciplined choices.
