HYROX BEGINNER – 12 SEMANAS

Programa completo de 12 semanas diseñado para preparar tu primera competición híbrida tipo HYROX.

🗓 Estructura Semanal:

4 sesiones por semana:
• 1 sesión de fuerza específica (Trap Bar, Sled Push/Pull)
• 1 sesión de intervalos competitivos de carrera
• 1 sesión aeróbica de soporte
• 1 sesión híbrida con estaciones
• 1 sesión opcional técnica (Hybrid Engine Skill)

Cada semana incluye objetivos claros y progresión controlada.

Contenidos de trabajo:

• Desarrollo aeróbico progresivo
• Trabajo específico de fuerza funcional
• Integración técnica de ergómetros (Row & Ski)
• Exposición controlada a estaciones competitivas
• Simulaciones estratégicas progresivas
• Taper final para llegar fresco y competitivo

El programa sigue una progresión clara:

Fase Base → Fase Específica → Pico Competitivo → Taper

Cada semana incluye objetivos definidos, sesiones estructuradas y orientación de intensidad basada en RPE y umbral de carrera.

Está planificado para atletas que:

• Se inician en carreras híbridas
• Quieren preparar su primer HYROX
• Buscan una estructura profesional sin complejidad excesiva
• Necesitan equilibrio entre fuerza, resistencia y técnica
