Prepárate para tu mejor Hyrox con este plan integral de 16 semanas, diseñado para llevarte desde la base hasta el máximo rendimiento el día de la competencia. El programa combina de manera estratégica el desarrollo de fuerza funcional, la adaptación progresiva en carrera, la mejora de la base aeróbica y la resistencia muscular específica que exige Hyrox.
A lo largo de estos 4 meses trabajarás:
Fuerza y resistencia muscular: Rutinas de fuerza funcional y ejercicios de peso corporal, con énfasis en repeticiones y series que simulan las estaciones oficiales de Hyrox.
Carrera y base aeróbica: Progresión de sesiones de running, desde tiradas suaves hasta intervalos y tempo runs, para mejorar tu capacidad cardiovascular y tu velocidad bajo fatiga.
Entrenamientos combinados: Circuitos y sesiones tipo “Hyrox simulation” que integran carrera y ejercicios funcionales, replicando la estructura y la fatiga de la competencia real.
Progresión inteligente: El plan está dividido en bloques que te guían desde la adaptación inicial, pasando por el desarrollo de fuerza máxima y resistencia, hasta la puesta a punto final antes del evento.
Cada semana incluye sesiones detalladas con repeticiones, series, descansos y recomendaciones de intensidad, adaptables a tu nivel y material disponible. Ideal para atletas que buscan un enfoque profesional, estructurado y probado para llegar en su mejor forma a la línea de salida de Hyrox.
