Plan Description

This 12-week HYROX Training Plan is designed for beginner, intermediate and advanced athletes who want a clear, structured, and enjoyable way to build running fitness, strength, confidence, and race-day readiness. Whether you’re training for your first HYROX or looking to improve your overall performance, this plan guides you through steady progression, technique-focused sessions, and well-timed recovery weeks so you arrive at race day feeling strong, prepared, and injury-free.

This plan is suitable for you if:

• You can comfortably complete walk/run sessions or short runs.
• You are ready to train 5–6 days per week.
• You want guidance on pacing, RPE (how hard the session should feel), and Hyrox-specific movements.
• You prefer a fun, supportive training style rather than overly strict numbers or 1RM percentages.

Communication
This is a one-off plan purchase, so ongoing coaching or messaging is not included. Everything you need: session detail, pacing guidance, preparation notes, and recovery instructions which are built directly into the plan to keep you supported throughout.

Equipment Needed
To get the most from this plan, access to basic gym equipment is recommended, including:
• SkiErg
• Rowing machine
• Sled (push + pull)
• Dumbbells or kettlebells (for carries + strength work)
• Wall ball
• Sandbag
• A safe space to run (indoors or outdoors)

If your gym doesn’t have certain HYROX stations, alternatives are provided so you can still follow the plan effectively.
