Plan Description
Plan Goal:
Prepare athletes to compete confidently in Hyrox or similar hybrid functional fitness races - by building the engine, strength, and pacing strategy needed to perform on race day.
Who is it for?
Intermediate to advanced hybrid athletes, functional fitness enthusiasts, or endurance athletes transitioning into hybrid racing.
Duration:
10 weeks (adaptable to 8–9 weeks by compressing base or taper phases).
Time Commitment:
5 - 6 sessions per week (60–90 mins each).
Training Focus:
• Hybrid endurance (run + erg machines under fatigue)
• Functional strength (sleds, carries, lunges, wall balls, etc.)
• Pacing + transitions
• Recovery and resilience
