Acest plan de antrenament este potrivit in special alergatorilor care nu au acces la antrenamente pe trail, care nu au inclus niciodata antrenamente de conditionare in programul lor sau celor care care vor sa isi imbunatateasca performantele actuale in cursele lungi(20K+)

-vesta cu greutati | gantere | kettlebels sau haltera pentru a putea adauga pana la 20% din greutatea corporala.

Antrenamentele sunt structurate in serii si seturi si sunt insotite de video-uri demonstrative.

Anduranta musculara este o calitate particulara a sistemului muscular extrem de importanta pentru alergatorii montani. Este unul dintre componentele majore care determina performanta in evenimentele de anduranta, orice cursa trece de 2 ore.
Anduranta musculara se refera la abilitatea de a executa cat mai multe miscari repetitive(contractii musculare) la un procentaj relativ mare raportat la forta maxima.
Ce se intampla, fiziologic, in timpul antrenamentelor de anduranta musculara?
Teoretic, prin antrenament repetitiv adaptam fibrele musculare de tip II sa devina mai rezistente la eforturi prelungite, astfel se produc aceste fibre intermediare de tip IIa.
Aceste fibre adiționale sunt recrutate in principal in eforturiel sustinute, continue, in zonele 3 si 4.
Aceste fibre sunt foarte importante si in evenimentele de anduranta deoarece pot prelua o parte din functia fibrelor de tip I cand acestea devin obosite.
Este foarte important ca antrenamentele de anduranta musculara sa fie inlcuse in programul de antrenament atunci cand intensitatea este scazuta, in perioadele de antrenament aerob, deoarece combinand antrenamentele de anduranta musculara cu antrenamente intense de tempo sau intervale vei suprasolicita sistemul muscular si cel mai probabil nu vei obtine rezultatele dorite iar riscul de a te accidenta este de asemenea crescut.
