Plan de Fuerza Integral – 8 Semanas para Potenciar tu Rendimiento Deportivo
Programa diseñado para atletas de carrera, ciclismo, natación o triatlón que buscan elevar su rendimiento con una preparación de fuerza completa y específica.
- Acondicionamiento Físico General (AFG): base de movilidad, estabilidad y resistencia muscular.
- Fuerza Máxima (C.I.): desarrollo de la mayor fuerza posible para eficiencia y prevención de lesiones.
- Fuerza Explosiva: mejora de la tasa de desarrollo de fuerza para sprints y cambios de ritmo.
- Fuerza de Resistencia de Competición: integración de la fuerza en patrones que replican el esfuerzo del “día de competencia”.
- Adaptable por disciplina y nivel, con progresión lógica para construir un cuerpo más fuerte, resistente y eficiente.
Semana 9 (extra): bloque de sesiones de estiramientos y movilidad precompetencia, orientadas a descargar, optimizar el rango de movimiento y llegar fresco al día de la carrera.
Este plan te prepara para rendir mejor en tu evento objetivo, con una transición cuidada hacia la competencia gracias a la semana adicional de estiramientos.
