Plan Description

This is a 16 week P-Company programme designed for those doing the UCC or coming from external airborne units.

This plan follows three progressive phases which will see you build strength, endurance and speed. Having done P-company myself I know exactly what the course asks from your body as well as the risks, therefore this plan also involves an emphasis on injury prevention. Allowing you to arrive on the start line niggle free and good to go!

This easy to follow programme has everything you need, including:

- Pre-mobility sessions specific to every strength session
- Recovery yoga sessions
- Running nutrition advice
- Progressive threshold running (Pcoy specific)

It even comes with a Coaching instruction, to ensure you are familiar with all the terms used within the programme and can follow the training to the letter, no guess work.

All sessions will sync with your smart watch allowing you to simply follow along on your watch, especially useful for running and cycling.

For this programme you will need the following

- Static bike
- Bergen
- Comprehensive gym Including: Leg extension and Hamstring curl machines
