Plan Description
This is an 18 week BAC programme designed specifically for those doing the SFM pathway.
The programme takes you through two different phases aiming to build strength, resilience and endurance. Whilst getting you fitter and stronger it also aims to prevent some of the most common injuries seen during the BAC.
This programme will not only ensure you are fit enough to pass the BAC but also sets up a great foundation to then go onto selection. It includes progressive Swim sessions, specific to the SF swim test.
This easy to follow programme has everything you need, including:
- Pre-mobility sessions specific to every strength session
- Recovery yoga sessions
- Kit advice
- Hills nutrition advice/guide
- Progressive Swim sessions
- 2x Test weeks to view progression
- SFM BAC specific conditioning sessions
It even comes with a Coaching instruction, to ensure you are familiar with all the terms used within the programme and can follow the training to the letter, no guess work.
All sessions will sync with your smart watch allowing you to simply follow along on your watch, especially useful for running and cycling.
For this programme you will need the following

- Stair Master
- Comprehensive gym Including: Leg extension and Hamstring curl machines
