Plan Description

This outrigger / Oc1 / V1 training program is designed to enhance performance and create a competitive paddler. It is tailored to SoCal paddlers paddling in the 2026 winter series. It will have 2 peak races, a peak at HanoHano Ocean Challenge, and a peak at Wild Buffalo Relay. The program focuses on developing technique, endurance, power, and speed.

Periods: Technique, Base, Endurance, Power, Speed, & Peak

Ability: Competitive

Structure: Set up to be HR zones, but can be done with RPE.

Events: HanoHano Ocean Challenge & Wild Buffalo Relay
