Este plan de entrenamiento de fuerza está diseñado específicamente para corredores y triatletas que quieren mejorar su rendimiento, prevenir lesiones y construir un cuerpo más fuerte y eficiente, sin interferir con sus sesiones de carrera o bici.

Tanto si tienes poca experiencia en el gimnasio como si ya has entrenado fuerza antes, este programa te guía paso a paso a través de cuatro fases progresivas:

🔹 Preparatoria
🔹 Fuerza máxima
🔹 Potencia/Velocidad

Cada sesión incluye:
✅ Calentamiento estructurado
✅ Enfoque en la técnica correcta
✅ Trabajo a máxima velocidad de ejecución
✅ Control de la carga para evitar fatiga excesiva

💡 Aprenderás a moverte mejor, levantar con seguridad y trasladar esas mejoras de fuerza directamente a tu zancada o pedaleo.
Tendrás acceso a vídeos explicativos, materiales complementarios y recomendaciones basadas en ciencia.

Este plan es ideal para deportistas que:
