The Power Boost Program is a 8-week progressive strength training plan designed for endurance athletes – cyclists or runners – who want to take their performance to the next level with a clear and accessible gym routine.

This program is tailored for beginners in strength training, but who already have a regular endurance routine. No need to be a gym pro: exercises are selected for safety and effectiveness, and the sessions are designed to complement your cardio training, not interfere with it.

8-week progression with 2 gym sessions per week
A structured approach: foundation phase, strength development, then transfer to sport-specific power
Functional, fundamental movements (squat, deadlift, lunges, core, rows, etc.)
Exercise variations based on your equipment (dumbbells, machines, or bodyweight)
