The Power Boost – Home Edition is a 4-week strength training plan designed for endurance athletes (cyclists and runners) who want to develop solid strength without going to the gym.
This plan is ideal if you’re short on time, prefer training at home, or simply want to add a smart and efficient strength routine to your weekly schedule. All sessions are doable with minimal equipment: a pair of dumbbells, resistance bands, and your bodyweight.
