HOW TO PERFORM PERFECTLY?🧐




  • 👉🏻 Perform the movements at a controlled speed, avoiding excessive swings or thrusts.
    👉🏻Always maintain the correct posture to avoid injuries and optimize results.
    👉🏻 Use loads that allow the execution of the movement with adequate technique.
    👉🏻Remain 45 seconds between sets to maintain the intensity of the workout.
    👉🏻Note the loads used to monitor progress over the weeks.
    👉🏻Keep your breathing controlled, exhaling during the concentric phase and inhaling during the eccentric phase of the movement.
    👉🏻Hydrate yourself throughout the workout to maintain performance and muscle recovery.
