Plan Description

This plan is based on GNCCs that are every other weekend, and is best for eary season races. The training focus is on building threshold and maintaining freshness for the races. The plan includes cycling, strength training, running, plyometrics, warmups, cooldowns, and specific instructions on travel days, course pre-rides, etc. You can swap out hard endurance sessions for seat time on the moto, but the main focus of this plan is the physical fitness side of things.
