- Embrace this proven system that has been successful with hundreds of operators.

- Elite civilian strength and conditioning methodologies combined with the experience of a former Green Beret with 5 years of experience as a tactical strength and conditioning coach.

- 16 weeks with 4x4 week phases. Your SFAS report date should be the week after week 16.

- The endurance volume starts at 3.5 hours per week (around 20 miles) and peaks at 7 hours (40 miles).

- It's recommended to have handled at least 15 miles per week without injury to start this program.

- 6x endurance sessions per week: 4x running days, 1-2 ruck days, and 0-1 treadmill walk days, and 0-1 kit walk on trail terrain days.

- 4x strength sessions per week: 1x Lower Body, 2x Upper Body, 1x Core and Hips

Training Peaks is an amazing software that allows you to sync the workouts to your Garmin. You will be led through the endurance workouts from your watch in real time and through the strength workouts from the app on your phone with the ability to log your completed weight/reps/etc.

This program was created to help prepare soldiers for Special Forces Assessment and Selection and provides a high volume of conditioning through running/rucking along with a strength program with exercises specific to the event. Your aerobic endurance is the most important factor for success at SFAS, and this program provides elite endurance methodologies with a strength program that will allow you to improve your endurance and strength simultaneously.

The Transcend Endurance Course will also be sent to you with this program. That educational guide will help you get to know me and what I believe in, gain a better understanding of the programming concepts, it will help you individualize and adjust the program to flexibly meet your specific needs, and it provides numerous practical application tips to implement the program well and get the most out of your recovery. There are 3.5 hours of audio recordings on all the slides that you can reference at your own pace. I was advised to sell this course for $500, but I wanted to help the most people possible and believe that everyone that buys one of my programs should have access to this information, not just my private coaching clients.
