Plan Description

So you have decided to go hiking, but need a little extra to get you to where you are going. We got you. This 8 week build-up is for the athlete already working out 3-4 times a week. These little add ons are 18-22 minutes in length. You also have access to a gym. Plus we throw in some Rucks to toughen up your feet and legs.
