Get Buff, Get Tight, Get Strong, Get that Pump, Look Good in your Birthday Suit.

4 intense strength session a week working in 2 day splits.
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday.

The breakdown each week is simple yet affective when you are pushing yourself because you want results.

Add weight each week to keep the intensity at the level needed.

Make sure your nutrition is on point to achieve your desired outcome.

This program is great for leaning out while maintaining muscle.

When working at deficit in calories remember that going more than 500cals a day is too much stress on the system. Have a good refeed meal once a week to load in the good carbs.
