BYTX Coaching – Strength is a twice-weekly strength program for athletes who want to get stronger, perform better, and stay injury-free. Focused purely on strength with 4 conditioning elements, it complements any training plan—no sport-specific drills or cardio included. Build transferable strength for running, cycling, swimming, HYROX, or any sport.
Through targeted resistance training and periodic conditioning circuits, BYTX Coaching – Strength delivers scalable, science-backed workouts that improve muscular strength, power, and resilience. Every 3 weeks, track your progress, recover, and aim to beat your previous best scores.
