Plan Description
This 8-week strength training program is designed specifically for runners who want to build a strong, stable foundation to support better performance, reduce injury risk, and feel more powerful on the run.
You’ll follow a smart progression of mobility, stability, and strength-based exercises that evolve over 8 weeks—with just enough variety to keep things fresh and engaging. Workouts are efficient (20–30 min max) and require minimal equipment (bodyweight, light/moderate dumbbells, resistance bands optional).
What’s included:
*2 strength sessions per week (Lower/Upper Split → Full Body + Core/Mobility)
*Coach’s notes in every workout for mindset, form, and motivation
*Optional burnout challenge to finish strong
*Final week focuses on movement quality + recovery for long-term gains
