Este plan está diseñado para preparar a atletas que buscan completar con éxito su primer HYROX, ya seas nuevo en el running o vengas del mundo del gimnasio y quieras enfrentarte a esta competencia única que combina fuerza y resistencia.
📌 Estructura del plan:
Sesiones de intervalos los martes, que combinan ejercicios de fuerza con peso corporal e intervalos de carrera, simulando con precisión el formato HYROX: 1 bloque de fuerza seguido de 1 km de carrera.
Entrenamientos básicos y progresivos de running, enfocados en que cualquier principiante pueda terminar la carrera sin problema.
Drills técnicos de carrera, pensados para atletas de gimnasio que necesitan mejorar postura, eficiencia y técnica al correr.
Entrenamientos independientes de fuerza con videos, para complementar el trabajo, mejorar la ejecución y prevenir lesiones.
Test de 5K estratégico, que permite medir tus ritmos iniciales, ajustar tus zonas de entrenamiento y valorar tu progreso durante el ciclo.
Recomendación extra: integrar sesiones de fuerza más específicas para dominar los movimientos característicos de HYROX como el empuje de trineo, lanzamiento de balón al aire y burpees.
