Plan Description
👉HYROX Power Ready es un programa de fuerza diseñado específicamente para preparar a corredores principiantes e intermedios para los desafíos físicos de una competencia HYROX. El enfoque está en desarrollar fuerza funcional, resistencia muscular y capacidad cardiovascular, utilizando movimientos y estímulos similares a los ejercicios de carrera combinados con estaciones de fuerza y acondicionamiento.
📅El programa consta de 2 sesiones de entrenamiento por semana, son 12 semanas de entrenamiento, combinando ejercicios de tren inferior, superior y núcleo para imitar las demandas de HYROX: desde empujes explosivos hasta movimientos controlados y estabilizadores. Progresivamente se aumenta la intensidad y dificultad, asegurando adaptaciones óptimas mientras se minimiza el riesgo de lesiones.
🏋️♂️Se adapta perfectamente a un gimnasio, utilizando equipamiento disponible como pesas, kettlebells y bandas elásticas, y está compuesto exclusivamente de ejercicios de la base de datos.
💪Objetivo: Mejorar la eficiencia de los movimientos, aumentar la fuerza funcional y garantizar un excelente rendimiento en HYROX.
