Plan Description
It is best if you have been training either some aerobic activity and a bit of strength before you start this program. If you want a program to get you up to speed before doing this one, just let me know.
If you are a novice with strength training start with light weights and if you have a personal trainer or freind who can help you with technique use every resource you can. Once you get a good controlled feeling, then increase the weights. Same with the hyrox exercises. You don't need to start with race day weights if its real strain on the body.
