Plan Description

This strength plan is written by USAT Elite Level 3 Coach, Christina Dorrer - also a NSCA Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist & Corrective Exercise Specialist. It is designed for athletes looking for a balanced, overall strength program.

The perfect 10-week progressive plan for any multisport athlete - great for off-season or to add guided strength training focus when you want it any time of year!

These strength exercises are less about using machines in the gym and more about functional strength exercises with free weights, bars and dumbbells. Appropriate for beginner or knowledgeable athletes looking for guidance. Although some exercises are with machines, there are options offered to perform them without so you can use this plan at home or in the gym.

Every workout has a video and written description of the exercise as well as the number of sets, reps. and rest. It's easy to follow and the results will have you stronger than ever in time for the next season!
