Plan Description
This 8-week training plan includes 6 sessions per week. (3 Elliptical sessions and 3 body weight, strength sessions per week.)
It involves 4hours 30min to 5hours of training per week and 1 rest day per week.
Elliptical Sessions vary from 40min - 50min.
Home Strength Sessions are 45min, and include videos of the exercises. Gym access not required.
Stretching and Foam Rolling Videos are also included to optimise recovery.
This structured training plan uses Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE).
Elliptical training is excellent for low-impact cardiovascular workouts that mimic the motion of running, while strength training builds muscle and enhances overall fitness. Together, they create a balanced exercise routine that improves endurance, strength, and overall health.
