Plan Description

What can you expect?

Overview:

- 6 workouts per week
- 5-10min per day is enough
- All exercises are demonstrated on video
- 8 weeks duration
- All body regions are treated in phases

In concrete terms:

Over the next 8 weeks, we will systematically increase your mobility. We will increase both your mobility - i.e. the range of movement at the joints - and your flexibility - i.e. tension in the muscles. The two are naturally interdependent. This is because mobility in the joint is restricted by tense muscles, but also, for example, the joint capsule, tendons and fascial structures.

How do we proceed?

Depending on which profession you ask about mobility, you will receive different answers. Osteopaths start by looking for deficits in the pelvis, chiropractors start with the spine and podiatrists naturally start with the foot. And all starting points have their justification. You will therefore find them in the 6 phases of our plan. The individual phases are

- Spine
- Chest/shoulders/neck
- Power centre
- Hip Mobility
- Posterior Chain
- Lateral Chain

What can you not expect?

In this 8-week programme, we lay the foundation for the flexibility of your entire body. However, as we limit the scope to approx. 5 minutes per day, you won't be a ‘contortionist’ at the end of the programme. You will have learnt the basics and can continue with them afterwards. The key to success is continuity. Exercises from previous phases must therefore be included again and again. By focussing on the individual phases, we make the progress in performance more noticeable for you in order to maintain motivation. After the programme, you can combine exercises from individual phases. Concentrate on your weak points - but include all exercises regularly.
