Plan Description

This plan will help you conquer the ski and rowing ergometers.
Short, alternating endurance units get your circulation used to the work of the machine. The time and number of strokes give you enough time to refine your technique.
The sprint intervals serve to stabilize and improve your form. Progressions and 1 min / 250m / 1000m intervals prepare the athlete for the 1000m race distance.
The plan is intended for returning athletes and advanced athletes. Beginners can optionally shorten the endurance part by 10 minutes per machine, but the loads and sprints remain the same.
