12-Week Hyrox Builder
This program is designed to bring together strength, aerobic, and anaerobic training. This is also a great way to prepare for your Hyrox race . Over the next 12 weeks, you’ll build the race engine necessary to become a stronger, faster, and more dominate you.
Who is this program for?
All fitness levels are welcome. Be sure to scale the workouts as needed to match your current abilities.
