Plan Description

Heat Training:
During this heat training phase, it is essential to follow instructions diligently. Our daily heat training plan spans ten days, after which we will go into maintenance mode every third day. Here are a few tips to keep in mind:
~Heat training is a form of stress on the body, so be mindful of additional stressors such as extra workouts.
~If possible, monitor your HRV scores before, during, and after can also be used as benchmarks.
~The ideal time to do these sessions is immediately after a workout when your body temperature is already elevated. Avoid drinking while in the sauna, as rehydration can take place later.
~Remember that this is a passive protocol, so simply sit and relax. No need to add additional stresses.
~Be smart with this protocol and follow the guidelines closely—more time does not mean better results.
