Training Overview
Introducing the Elk Hunting Workout Program, the ultimate program to prepare your body for outdoor hunting. Whether climbing mountains or packing out an elk, we aim to help improve your physical stamina and agility so you can be the most prepared hunter!
The program includes 12 weeks of training.
4 Endurance Training Days, two strength training days, and 1 Ruck March with a Pack.
With a detailed training plan and demonstration videos included in our program, we guarantee that you will see results fast and have access to all the information needed to succeed on a hunt.
