Plan Description
Welcome Purely Watts very own Trialed and tested Pre-season base Build Block for Motocross.
This block is based off of riding 3x a week (Wed, Sat, Sunday). We recommend sticking to this routine when taking part, as the program is specifically structured to work this way.
If you were to work privately with us, we would tailor your program personally around your schedule to ensure the program is effective, but until then - we recommend using our proven recipe for this program.
In order to take part in this program, you will need access to - A Heart rate monitor and/or Fitness tracking watch, a bicycle, an Indoor cycling smart trainer/wattbike (for fitness test), running shoes, Access to a gym or basic gym equipment.
If you do not have access to a smart trainer or wattbike, the program is still possible but with the fitness test being skipped. Although we do highly recommend performing the test for full program effectiveness, we must still note that it is possible without.
A power meter on your bicycle is not required but will benefit effectiveness if you have one.
