This plan is designed for busy individuals such as parents with limited time for exercise after work in addition to the myriad of responsibilities that need to be done at home! This quality plan was created using National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Endurance activities feature walks and light jogs. This plan was specifically adapted for individuals who have tight hips, weak glutes and overactive upper back/neck muscles.
