Plan Description

This 6 week training plan is best for the road endurance athlete or those that may need some new ideas and guidance for their next AR (adventure race).

Training for AR via paddle, bike & run/trek are the physical demands of the sport, but don't forget to train the mental, orienteering.

Being competent in orienteering is essential to AR. If you need some practice find your local orienteering club and be sure to do some homework on compass work.

**This training plan focuses more on the physical aspect of the sport.
