Plan Description
This plan was designed to be paired with a technique/skill plan for boxing athletes. I t is designed to increase your strength, power and power transfer through your kinetic chain that is your body. In 4 weeks we will see little improvements, but this will align you for the proportional improvements in strength to follow, entailing you to continue this plan or ultimately get a succeeding plan after your completion of these 4 weeks. We will however still see strength gains after these 4 weeks.
This plan should be paired with a good healthy diet, or a hypo-caloric diet if weight loss is sought, in order to be as effective as possible. Try eat more protein, and small carb intakes pre workout for optimal results.
The weights will be prescribed in each workouts description.
