Welcome to The Gateway - a 12-week integrated performance program designed for those ready to raise their baseline across body, mind, and leadership.

This plan is ideal for purpose-driven individuals who want more than just fitness; it’s built for people who seek long-term capability, clarity, and readiness for challenge.

Whether you're returning from a plateau, building toward a new life phase, or seeking structure with meaning, The Gateway rebuilds your physical endurance and strength while sharpening your mental resilience and self-leadership.

Each week includes:

4 structured training sessions
(2x Strength, 2x Running, 1x Mixed conditioning/crosstraining)

1x mobility/recovery day

Clear instructions, progression, and flexibility

Equipment recommended: Barbells, Dumbbells, or kettlebells, access to cardio equipment (such as bikes, SkiErg, or stairmaster), and a GPS watch or HR monitor for endurance sessions.

Support: This plan is self-paced and coach-designed. You will have access to a community group and a monthly group call to support the gateway workbook.
