This 6 weeks plan is based on high intensity interval training HIIT, inspired of lesmills international grit cardio and strength workouts.

While the major benefit of this program is rapid fat loss, the fringe benefits that come along are really impressive. Even thought weight is light, muscle growth will be a pleasant surprise, especially when you are simultaneously dropping body fat.

We're going to push to muscle fatigue, through high number of repetitions and short periods of rest to encourage fat burning.
An increased muscle endurance, a drop in body fat and a muscle mass gain are expected after this plan.
