This is a 140.6 IRONMAN strength training program.
With 24 weeks, this plan is designed to supplement our triathlon plan, but can also be added to any third-party training plan.
Apply it concurrently with your existing training plan by using the same start or end date as your primary plan.
This program is not designed to someone with a very high unbalance between body's sides.
So if you have a big difference at any side or memeber (legs or arms), before to start any strength program you should have contact with a doctor to do analysis or screen, after that we can start.

Aplique-o simultaneamente com seu plano de treinamento existente, usando a mesma data de início ou término de seu plano principal.
Este programa não foi projetado para alguém com um grande desequilíbrio entre os lados do corpo.
