Un Ciclo de 8 entrenamientos en video, organizados para realizar durante 4 semanas y que puedes repetir 2 a 3 veces, 2 o 3 veces al año.

Son Clases progresivas, estructuradas de 1 hora de duración, dirigidos por el Médico Especialista en Deporte y entrenador Jesús Miranda + Pruebas Físicas Autoevaluativas + Acceso a capacitaciones detalladas sobre este entrenamiento, la metodología y forma de utilizar este material + Respuesta a tus preguntas en comentarios.
