Plan Description

NEW: updated with my brand new strength training videos from my YouTube channel along with a variety of indoor spinning workout videos and stretching videos from my channel. I also made this plan more interesting by adding a variety of outdoor workouts you can do in your off-season.

This plan is great for the off-season athlete who just wants to primarily focus on building strength and enjoy freedom to explore various workouts. This is something many of us look forward to before the grind begins again for the upcoming race season. Enjoy!
