Plan Description

This plan is designed for a newer athlete trying to pass the AFSPECWAR IFT. For more advanced athletes than can handle more running volume, just add 1-2 miles for the warmup, cooldown, and to the weekend long runs.

Each week contains 4 days of running, 2 days of swimming, and 5 days of calisthenic workouts all designed to get you to a passing IFT score within 8 weeks.
