Planificación de 15semanas para el periodo de preparación y específico, trabajo aeróbico, fuerza, ritmo, umbral, vo2max, cap. anaeróbica. Planificación con trabajo complementario funcional
con elemento como el fitball, trx,.... Esta planificación es para duatletas de nivel medio y avanzado.

Estos planes de entrenamiento (Preparación y específico) para duatlón está diseñado para hacerte llegar los días de competición en tu pico de forma.

Esto es gracias a la calidad y especificidad de cada sesión de entrenamiento. Más no es mejor.

Una vez hechos los test de la primera semana podéis enviarme por email los datos de cada test y os enviaré personalizadas las zonas de entrenamiento, en función del ritmo, pulso y peso.

Inicio del plan recomendado entre 13 semanas antes de la competición principal
