Plan Description
All Stuart Coaching plans are designed for busy athletes who need the flexibility to shuffle around workouts to make it all happen. This plan safely progresses your fitness to race day while also offering sessions to increase your speed, endurance, technique and confidence.
A typical week includes 2 rides, 2-3 runs, and 1-2 rest days. Run-bike-run Brick sessions are included as part of training for a duathlon. Rest weeks typically fall every 4 weeks.
All sessions in this plan are structured, which means that they will sync with most common training devices and platforms. Structured sessions are also personalized to your current fitness, so you can train at the proper intensity.
This plan is built for those who have been relatively active in the previous months, are injury free and can run 30 minutes continuously and bike 45 minutes continuously (not consecutively). It's advised to speak with your doctor before starting a new exercise program.
