Plan Description
10 Week Beginner Training Plan for a Duathlon. This Intermediate Plan has 6 days of workouts during the schedule. Some days have two workouts per day.
This plan is for an athlete who has prior experience training in running and/or biking and can start directly into a training plan. Weekly hours max out at 9 hours per week, but are generally between 7-9 hours.
It is ok to move the days of the workouts during the week if one day is busier.
