10 Week Beginner Training Plan for racing a Duathlon.

This Beginner Plan has 4 workouts during the week and 2 on the weekend. It is ok to move the days of the workouts during the week. Weekend workouts are a bit longer and sometimes will be bike and run back to back to practice for the duathlon.
