Plan Description

Plan de 8 semanas en Español, para competir en Distancia Sprint


Los volúmenes están determinados para un nivel inicial/medio, con nociones básicas en carrera y ciclismo.

Los requerimientos físicos para este plan son:

-Capacidad de realizar más de 1h10 de bici de manera continua.
-Correr más de 25´ de manera continua a ritmo de 5´15"/km o menos.


Material necesario:

-Acceso a gimnasio con máquinas guiadas y pesos libres.
-Elíptica y tapiz rodante.
-Rodillo / bicicleta indoor


NOMENCLATURA (algunos términos que verás en los planes):

-CAD: en ciclismo, nos referimos a cadencia.

-PI o PD: lo utilizaremos en rodillo para referirnos a pie izquierdo y derecho en el trabajo de técnica en el rodillo.
