A repeating Ardennes circuit around Vianden
Eislek Gravel asks riders to repeat the same climbing pattern on Sunday: the cobbled ramp to Vianden Castle, a sustained forest climb, and a descent to the Our valley. The course demands repeatable climbing strength, controlled early pacing, and confident handling on cobbles and forest gravel so the final lap remains steady.
With 4-6 hours per week and eight weeks available, this plan focuses each session on the course’s main demands. Repeated climbing work prepares you for the castle ramp and forest ascent, one weekend ride supports endurance, and the final week reduces the load before Sunday’s race.

Hey! I'm Matti - also known as the Gravel God himself!
If you're into gravel racing and want to be as fast as possible, you had better choose me!
Why?
Because I'm the fastest, least talented person to ever ride a bike. I've made every mistake in the book so you don't have to and I'm here to save you years of failure and struggle.
When I'm not helping my athletes get faster on a bike I write obvious, overlooked training content that makes cycling training easy to understand.
