2-Week Mallorca 312 Sportive Taper Plan

The Mallorca 312 is far more than just a long sportive. With sustained climbing through the Tramuntana mountains, fast-moving groups, technical descents, changing pacing, and 6–12+ hours in the saddle, arriving fresh and properly prepared matters just as much as fitness itself.

This 2-Week Mallorca 312 Taper Plan is designed specifically for beginner to intermediate cyclists preparing for Mallorca 312, 225, or 167. The focus is simple: reduce accumulated fatigue while maintaining the fitness, sharpness, and confidence you’ve built through months of training.
